We want you to be happy with what you get from Choose Your Destiny. Here is how refunds work for each kind of purchase. To ask for a refund or replacement, email contact@chooseyourdestiny.us with your order number.
T-shirts, hoodies, hats and other merch
- If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.
- Many items are made to order, so we can’t accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size guide before you order.
Books
- If your copy of The Metaphysical Dayplanner arrives damaged or misprinted, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
- Ebooks and other digital downloads can’t be refunded once they have been delivered.
Readings, classes and sessions
- You can reschedule or cancel a booked session for a full refund up to 24 hours before its start time.
- Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the start, and missed sessions, are not refunded. We’ll do our best to help you reschedule.
- If we have to cancel or can’t hold your session, you will get a full refund or a new time, your choice.
Sleep subliminals and other custom programs
Custom programs are made for you, so they can’t be refunded once work has started. If we can’t deliver your program, you will get a full refund.
The Metaphysical Dayplanner Monthly Subscription
See our Subscription policy. In short: cancel anytime, keep access to the end of the paid month, and no refunds for months already started except where the law requires it.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take several business days to show it.
